What I’ve appreciated most about these sessions is the sense of safety and the absence of judgment. We connect with each other and engage in open-minded discussions about everything. These sessions have been incredibly helpful in broadening my perspective, allowing me to see things from others’ viewpoints instead of having a self-centered, insecure outlook.

It’s been a pleasure and a blessing to attend Beautiful Human Meditation sessions. I love the ability to join virtually or in person. Sometimes with my busy schedule I can’t attend all in-person sessions even if I want to, and it really helps having a virtual session. Sessions in itself is very helpful. The Trinity meditation and breathwork before that creates a great space to relax and go deeper in meditation. I always come out feeling lighter.

I have attend online mediation sessions when I can. I find the session very informative, helps me relax n puts me at peace. Helps you gain clarity and learn new way of looking at things.
