I can't meditate. I'm not sure if I can benefit from this session.
I understand your hesitation, and you’re not alone—many people feel the same way when they start. Meditation is not about being perfect or ‘doing it right.’ It’s simply about taking a moment to reconnect with yourself. Even if you feel like you can’t meditate now, with time and practice, you’ll notice a shift in how you feel. Our sessions are designed for all levels, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Many of our participants, even those who were skeptical at first, have found incredible benefits such as reduced stress, better focus, and a greater sense of peace.
Is there an age requirement to attend the session?
There are no strict age restrictions for attending the session. However, the practice is best suited for individuals who are comfortable sitting quietly and following guided instructions
What should I bring to the meditation session?
Just bring yourself! I provide organic cotton mats, but you’re welcome to bring anything else that helps you feel relaxed and at ease during the session. For extra comfort, some attendees like to bring a light blanket and a pillow.
Do I get a refund if I cancel a session in advance?
If you need to cancel, I offer a full refund for any sessions canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but I understand that life happens—so if something unexpected comes up, just reach out. I’ll always do my best to support you.
Is there a refund on Bundle Package?
Bundle Packages are non-refundable and can’t be canceled, but don’t worry—your sessions are flexible and can be used anytime within 6 months from the date of purchase. I’m here to help you schedule them in a way that flows with your life.
Do you provide chairs? I have difficulty sitting on the floor.
Absolutely! Just send me an email at meditatewithsarika@gmail.com at least the night before, and I’ll have it ready for you.
Are the sessions the same every week?
Not at all! Every session I guide is unique—with different breathwork, chanting, and meditation themes to keep your practice fresh and alive. I also weave in new dharma teachings each week, and sometimes, I offer card readings at the end to add a little extra magic.
Are virtual sessions as effective as in-person ones?
Yes, energy knows no bounds. Whether we’re in the same room or connecting over Zoom, you’ll feel the impact. I guide with the same presence and personalization either way. However, the in-person group energy is truly special—you get to connect with others in the space. So if you’re local, I highly recommend joining us in the studio!
