You Are Not Broken. You Are Carrying More Than One Lifetime.
You have done the therapy. Read the books. Tried the journaling, the chanting, the meditation retreats. You are self-aware, committed, and genuinely doing the work. And yet — something persists. A fear with no origin story. A grief that has no name. A pattern in relationships or in how you see yourself that keeps returning no matter how much you’ve grown.
What if some of what you are carrying isn’t from this lifetime?
That is the question past life regression invites you to sit with. Not as an escape hatch. Not as spiritual bypassing. But as a genuine expansion of where you look for the root.
My First Experience
I know this not just as a practitioner — but as someone who has lived it. My own journey into this work began after my mother’s passing, when grief cracked open a curiosity I couldn’t ignore: what actually happens after we die?
That search led me to Dr. Brian Weiss — a Columbia and Yale-trained psychiatrist who pioneered past life regression therapy and whose bestselling book Many Lives, Many Masters has sold millions of copies worldwide. A few months after reading it — in what felt like anything but coincidence — I found myself in a weekend workshop with him. Everything I thought I knew was turned upside down. As a group, we were guided into multiple timelines, and instead of accessing a past life, I accidentally tapped into a future one. It blew my mind and gave me undeniable proof that there is far more to reality than I had ever understood. [Read about my full experience here.]
That experience set me on a path I haven’t stepped off since. I went deep into the work of Dolores Cannon — a pioneering hypnotherapist who spent nearly 50 years documenting thousands of past life sessions and developed her own groundbreaking method, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). Her teachings profoundly shaped how I practice today. Through my own personal sessions, I accessed past lives that revealed the root causes of patterns I had been carrying for years — particularly in my relationships. What began as a search for answers after loss became the foundation of my life’s work.

The Spiritual Foundation: You Are a Soul, Not a Biography
Before we talk about process and preparation, we need to talk about the underlying wisdom — because past life regression only makes sense if you hold a larger view of who you are.
Through all of my spiritual explorations and personal experiences following my mother’s death, I have come to understand this deeply: our bodies die, but our souls do not. We are not here by accident. We are spiritual beings in a school called Earth, learning lessons that are often woven across many lifetimes. And the primary lesson, across all of it, is always love — in its many expressions: compassion, forgiveness, trust, connection, self-worth.
The fears, phobias, and patterns that follow us are not random. They are unfinished lessons. Unresolved experiences from other times, other bodies, other circumstances — carried forward by the soul until they are finally seen and healed.
The Soul Chooses Its Lessons
One of the most quietly revolutionary ideas in this body of work is the notion that our lives are not random. They are purposefully chosen.
In my four years of leading past life regression sessions, I take clients on a journey backwards through time — beginning in the present moment. Every session is different. I never know what is in store, because the journey is led by the client’s own Higher Self.
We move through layers. Present life first — reviewing current circumstances, patterns, and relationships. Then childhood. Then the in-utero state, that earliest imprint before language had any hold. And then, when the client is ready, we travel further — into their most recent past lifetimes, where we review what was learned and what remained unfinished.
From there, many clients enter what is known as the between-life state — a profound space of stillness and clarity where the soul integrates the lessons of its most recent incarnation. It is here that the guidance becomes most vivid. The Higher Self speaks. Spirit guides, who have been present all along, make themselves known. And slowly, the bigger picture comes into view — why this family was chosen, why this body, why these particular relationships and challenges. Not as punishment. Not by accident. As curriculum.
Challenges are lessons. Relationships are soul contracts.
What I have come to understand through this work and witnessing so many cases again and again … is that person who triggers you most deeply may have agreed — at a soul level — to play that role so that a particular lesson could be learned. The circumstances that feel most limiting may be the very ones your soul chose as its greatest teacher.
This is not a comfortable idea. It is, however, a freeing one. Because if the challenges in your life are chosen curriculum rather than random misfortune, then they are workable. They are pointing at something. And when you understand what they are pointing at — when you trace the pattern back to its root — the curriculum completes itself.
We Meet the Same Souls Again and Again
Another theme I have witnessed through this work is soul families — groups of souls who incarnate together across many lifetimes, playing different roles for one another. In one life, a mother. In another, a sibling. In another, a stranger who changes everything with a single conversation. The love persists through the form changes.
In one of my sessions, a client discovered that she had lived as one of her own great-grandmothers. She witnessed a specific event from that lifetime — something she had no conscious knowledge of whatsoever. When she inquired with the elders in her family after the session, that event was confirmed to be true.
But the confirmation was only part of what made this session significant. What she also found, in that same lifetime, was the root of a guilt she had been carrying for as long as she could remember — one that had no traceable origin in her current life. Seeing where it began was enough. The guilt that had followed her for years began to lift.
This is what I mean when I say this work reaches places nothing else can.
The Higher Self Knows What You Need
These are the sessions I cannot plan for — and that is precisely what makes them sacred. My role is not to direct the journey. I am primarily a space holder and a guide, helping clients navigate their inner landscape and integrate what surfaces in a way that is grounded and meaningful.
My work is to guide them into the deepest trance states — theta and delta brainwave states — where the ordinary thinking mind steps back and a higher intelligence steps forward. In that depth, the Higher Self draws from what I can only describe as a vast inner data bank, surfacing the exact memories, experiences, and insights the client needs in order to find clarity around their physical and emotional challenges. Not what I think they need. Not what they consciously came looking for. What they are actually ready to receive.
The Higher Self — whatever name we give it — carries the same essential quality in every person, in every session: total clarity, total compassion, zero judgment. It knows. And it shows only what the person is ready to see.
This matters for your understanding of a session. You will not be overwhelmed. You will not be shown more than you can handle. The intelligence behind this process carries a wisdom that your conscious mind does not need to orchestrate or control. Your only job — the only thing ever asked of you — is to be open.
What to Expect in a Session
A session is a deeply personal experience — and no two are ever the same. Here is what the flow generally looks like:
Setting the Intention — We begin by creating a safe container. We talk about what you are carrying, what you are hoping to understand, and what you feel ready to release. Intention is not a script — it is a compass.
Guided Inner Journey — Through breath and visualization, you are gently guided into a deep, relaxed state. From there, we move through various stages — present life, childhood, the in-utero state, and often into past lifetimes. What surfaces is always led by your Higher Self, not directed by me.
Meeting the Higher Self and Spirit Guides — This is the deepest part of the work. In the theta or delta state, your Higher Self steps forward — bringing total clarity, total compassion, and zero judgment. Spirit guides often make themselves known here too, offering guidance that is specific, personal, and often profoundly healing.
Integration — Understanding alone does not complete the cycle. We close the session by grounding what has emerged — releasing what no longer belongs to you and anchoring new awareness into your present life and body.
A session typically runs up to two hours. Most people leave feeling lighter. Many describe it as one of the most profound experiences of their lives.
Who Is This For?
This work is not for everyone. It is for those who are ready to go deeper than the surface level— who sense that the answers they are looking for cannot be found in the places they have already looked.
You may be ready for a past life regression session if:
You have a fear, phobia, or emotional pattern that has no clear explanation in this lifetime
You feel stuck in the same relational or behavioral cycles despite doing significant inner work
You carry a grief, guilt, or longing that has no traceable origin
You feel an inexplicable connection — or aversion — to certain people, places, or periods in history
You have experienced a significant loss and find yourself asking the deeper questions about life, death, and what lies beyond
You are simply drawn to this work — and have been for a while
That last one matters more than people think. The soul does not pull you toward what you are not ready for.
This is not about escaping your present life. It is about understanding it more completely — so you can move through it with greater clarity, freedom, and peace.
How to Prepare
The quality of your experience is shaped significantly by how you arrive.
Come curious, not convinced. You do not need to believe in past lives. Openness is enough.
Set a clear intention. What do you most want to understand or release? Write it down. Sit with it.
Prepare your body. Eat light vegetarian meals and avoid alcohol for 24-48 hours prior, and hydrate well.
Give yourself space after. Avoid scheduling anything demanding. The insights that arise in the days following a session are often the most significant ones.
Trust what comes. Your Higher Self knows what you are ready to see. Your only job is to witness and allow.
A Word of Grounding
Past life regression is one powerful tool within a larger landscape of inner work. It does not replace therapy, medical care, somatic work, or any other form of genuine support. It is not a shortcut, and it is not for bypassing the present.
What it is: a way to reach what other approaches sometimes cannot. Because some things live below the level of narrative — below the reach of language and logic. In the energetic body, in the subconscious layers, in the soul’s long memory.
Choose your guide carefully: One thing I want to be honest about is – set, setting, and the person guiding you matter enormously. This is deep, sacred work. The practitioner’s role is to hold a stable, safe container for whatever arises — and that capacity cannot be faked or rushed. Working with someone inexperienced can turn what should be a profound healing experience into something disorienting or incomplete. Choose your guide carefully so you can trust them and rely on them when you are in that deep space.
Ready to Explore?
If you feel drawn to this work, trust that pull. In my experience — and in the documented accounts of thousands who came before you — the readiness to explore is often the first sign that something is already beginning to shift.
I work with a small number of clients on this deeply personal process, integrating past life regression with energy healing, NLP, and somatic work for a complete transformational experience.

The thread back to yourself is still there. We simply need to follow it — wherever it leads.
