These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your participation in services provided by Meditate with Sarika, operated by EnergeiaX LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking, paying for, or participating in any session, program, course, or service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms as a condition of receiving services.
Meditate with Sarika provides mindset, meditation, mindfulness, and related coaching services intended to support personal growth, self-awareness, and general well-being.
Services may include 1:1 sessions, group programs, workshops, online courses, digital content, and related materials, as described on our website or in program descriptions prior to purchase.
Coaching and meditation support are educational and wellness-oriented. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional healthcare services and should not be treated as such.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and are legally competent to enter into this Agreement.
You agree to:
Attend sessions on time and be mentally present and sober.
Take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Inform us if you are under the care of a medical or mental health professional, and seek their advice before implementing any practices that may affect your treatment.
Not use the services if you are in an acute crisis or experiencing severe mental health symptoms without active care from a qualified professional or emergency services.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if we determine that coaching or meditation is not appropriate or safe for you.
Information you share in sessions is treated as confidential and is not voluntarily disclosed to third parties except:
Where disclosure is required by law (for example, risk of harm to self or others, abuse, court order, or other legal obligation).
Where you provide explicit written consent to share information.
Session notes and records are stored securely and accessed only by Meditate with Sarika, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Personal information (such as name, email, phone number, and payment details) is used solely to provide and manage services, communicate with you, and improve offerings, and is not sold to third parties except as required by law or to trusted service providers who assist in operations under confidentiality obligations.
By using our website and services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as outlined above.
You agree to the pricing, payment methods, and payment timelines communicated at the time of booking a session, program, or package.
Payment must typically be made in advance to confirm your booking, unless otherwise specified.
Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation, suspension of services, or loss of access to programs or materials without refund.
No refunds are provided except as expressly stated in the specific program description or required by local law.
You may reschedule sessions up to 48 hours before the appointment without any fee, subject to availability.
Changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled time may incur a rescheduling fee of 50% of the session fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend the session, are not eligible for any refund or credit.
If Meditate with Sarika must cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered an alternative time or a credit/refund for that session.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by written notice (including by email).
We may terminate or suspend services immediately if:
You engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
You repeatedly miss or cancel sessions.
We reasonably believe that continuing services is not appropriate, safe, or productive.
Upon termination by you or by us, you remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date. Any refunds for unused sessions or programs are at our sole discretion unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in the program terms.
You understand and agree that:
Coaching, meditation, and mindfulness services are not medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, or any form of medical, mental health, or other regulated professional service.
Meditate with Sarika and EnergeiaX LLC do not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional condition or disease.
Information, practices, and suggestions shared are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical or psychological advice.
You agree to:
Consult a physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any condition you have or suspect you may have.
Seek immediate professional or emergency assistance if you experience thoughts of self-harm, harm to others, or any mental health crisis.
No result or outcome is guaranteed. Individual experiences and results vary based on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Meditate with Sarika and EnergeiaX LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the services or reliance on any information provided.
Your exclusive remedy for any claim against us shall be limited to the total amount you have paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
You understand and accept that engaging in meditation, breathwork, and mindset practices may involve physical or emotional responses. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation, including any adverse reactions or outcomes.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meditate with Sarika, EnergeiaX LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
Your use or misuse of the services or materials.
Your breach of this Agreement.
Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
Between sessions, communication may occur by email, messaging, or phone, as agreed upon for your specific program.
Typical response time is up to 48 business hours unless otherwise stated. Response times are not guaranteed and may vary due to weekends, holidays, or travel.
Support between sessions is for brief check-ins and clarifications only and does not replace scheduled sessions.
Sessions are not recorded unless clearly agreed in advance. You will be informed if recording is proposed, and you may decline.
By participating in group sessions, workshops, or events where images, audio, or video may be captured (for example, screenshots or group photos), you grant Meditate with Sarika and EnergeiaX LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such media that incidentally includes your likeness for promotional, educational, and business purposes, in any format, now known or later developed.
You may withdraw consent for future use of identifiable images of you by contacting us in writing. This withdrawal will not apply to materials already created or published.
If you do not wish to appear in media, you are responsible for notifying us in advance and adjusting your camera/participation accordingly.
All content, materials, and resources provided by Meditate with Sarika, including but not limited to meditations, recordings, worksheets, handouts, exercises, guides, videos, written content, and digital products, are owned by EnergeiaX LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the coaching or program you purchased.
You may not:
Copy, share, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, publish, or publicly display any materials in any form.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the materials.
Use the materials to train others, run your own programs, or for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.
Violation of this provision may result in immediate termination of this Agreement and may subject you to legal action.
Access to online sessions, courses, and materials may depend on third-party platforms and your internet connection. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes made by those third parties. Clients are responsible for covering any fees associated with third-party tools unless agreed otherwise.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access to any online service or platform.
You are responsible for:
Ensuring you have suitable devices, software, and internet access.
Joining sessions from a safe environment where you can participate without distraction or risk.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations under this Agreement (except payment obligations) due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, power failures, or failures of internet or communication networks. In such cases, affected obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on our website. Your continued use of services after changes take effect will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the services and may contact us regarding any remaining sessions or obligations.
This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or relating to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert state/country], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith discussion and, if needed, non-binding mediation before pursuing any formal legal remedies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be posted or provided to clients. Continued use of the Services after changes are made indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
By booking, paying for, or participating in any session, program, or service, or by using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
